Festival International Nuits d’Afrique
An incentive to travel... without moving from your city! Since 1987, The Festival International Nuits d'Afrique has gathered music lovers of the world in Montreal. From July 10th to July 22nd, 2018, we will have the opportunity to listen to a wide range of Mixed talents from here and elsewhere, namely Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. The Official programmation mainly includes local artists proposing a repertoire which blends tradition And modernism, creating a cultural bridge between North America and their native countries.
The Festival International Nuits d'Afrique is "13 days scented with spicy southern delicacies ", with indoor concerts and free outdoor shows. Internationally renowned, it welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, including many tourists. The festive and friendly atmosphere of the festival will charm you.
Especially since you can also take advantage of the street exhibitions to shop for original and sometimes unique items from crafters and, improve your sense of rhythm, thanks to the workshops of African dance and percussions that are offered.

A multi-disciplinary unique festival in Quebec, representing the celebration of Haitian culture through Comedy, Theatre, gastronomy, literature, dance, crafts and so much more.
