Shipping policy


All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks after your order has been placed and paid. Extra fees will be applied for express shipping. If you need an express service, please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If ever you were to not receive your items, we will make arrangements with you but please know that we will not be responsible for shipping costs.

We are not responsible of shipping delays that might seem longer than reasonable or than usual. We cannot be held responsible for what seems to be long shipping delays or for not knowing when your package will arrive! If you desire shipping with a tracking number or insurance on your package, there will be additional costs and you need to inform us as soon as your order is placed.

Please note that we are not responsible for custom fees that might be incurred with your package.
