The African print used for this bag was collected in Benin. In Benin, for the sewing of women's clothing, the African print is usually sold by piece of 6 meters, with a part that will serve as a scarf for the head. But, women ultimately use it very little because they have braids, hairstyles or opt for another material for their head scarf. These African print pieces therefore accumulate in cupboards. We decided to give them a second life.
