Here are some culinary ideas for using your garlic seasoning:
Garlic butter: serve frog legs, shrimp and snails topped with butter and kneaded with finely chopped garlic, shallots and parsley.
Garlic bread: slice a baguette without completely detaching the slices. Insert between the slices of butter with garlic. Put the baguette in the oven over medium heat and bake for 20 or 30 minutes.
